The issue of the group was: how does the violation of human rights affect the mental and physical health of young people around the world?<\/p>\n

Our group had a debate about this question and carried out 3 different researches according to the question and after that we wrote 3 different articles:<\/p>\n

1) Physical consequences of human rights violations.<\/p>\n

2) Young People<\/p>\n

3) Reasons of violations<\/p>\n

Be aware of what is happening all around the world!<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Nowadays many countries<\/strong> all over the world do not follow the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.<\/strong> They committ different offences to the humanity as different countries all around the world stated that the local culture should be more dominant to the others.\u00a0As a consequence, the criminality between the population will increase such as arson, larceny, fraud and traffic offenses.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was stated by portlando regon<\/strong>, a governative<\/strong> website and beyond intractability<\/strong>, another reliable source since it is followed by org<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\nHowever, this isn\u2019t the only consequence of the violation of human rights. There are several actions which effect the population such as the sexual assault\u00a0\u00a0in the Democratic Republic of Congo <\/strong>towards women. Having a local perspective of the victims, this situation is common in Congo and the UN instead wants to avoid these situations.<\/p>\n

In this country the government states that sexual violence is an important human rights\u2019 issue and in 2006 the government established a national strategy to combat these sexual crimes and try to give support to victims.<\/p>\n

In 2018 in Congo passed a law that criminalised sexual harassment and imposed penalties for sexual crimes.<\/p>\n

The gender violation in Haiti<\/strong> which is bringing to different consequences such as the sexual violation and the inaccessibility to the justice and to healthcare is a similar problem to the one that was reported before. We have as well the\u00a0forced virginity\u00a0in Afghanistan.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Haitian government has recognised the seriousness of gender based violence in the country and it has taken some steps to revise its\u2019 penal code and in 2020 the revised code was signed by the Haitian president Moise.<\/p>\n

The government has also worked with international partners and civil society organisations to prevent sexual violence and to provide support to the victims.<\/p>\n

In Iran<\/strong>, according to the local government, LGBT<\/strong> men and not Muslim people should be exposed to huge tortures since they do not respect the local identity. (Amnesty international<\/strong> website covered those points.)<\/p>\n

The Iranian government officially denies the existence of LGBT individuals in the country; under Iranian law is illegal and punishable by death, there are no legal protections in Iran and their activities are not recognised by the government.<\/p>\n

However the legal gender recognition is allowed in this country but the process is limited and difficult.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, children subbed the consequences of human rights violations. The best example of this is in northern Uganda<\/strong>, in the Subsaharian Africa with the LRA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA) is a rebel group that has been active in Uganda and other parts of Central Africa for several decades.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Ugandan government tried to combat the LRA for many years, and has condemned strongly the group’s violent tactics and human rights abuse.<\/span><\/p>\n

Recently, the country tried to promote some rehabilitation of the formers LRA fighters in the society.<\/p>\n

Overall, the Ugandan government thinks LRA are a serious threat to the national security and stability.<\/p>\n

The governments exploit the population in order to get more money and win wars. An example of this happened in Serbia and Croatia.<\/p>\n

Having a local perspective, in my own country, Italy, 102 women died due to gender-based violence in the family and 70 of them were killed by their husbands. There were registered in 2021 some tortures in Santa Maria Capua Vetere prison<\/strong> and in the same year a violent protest in Rome against the COVID 19 Vaccination (no vax). This is because my country in its\u2019 perspective is sometimes unstable and therefore violence usually happens in my country.<\/p>\n

These informations were stated by \u201cbeyond intractability\u201d, \u201camnesty international\u201d and \u201csites uab edu\u201d websites.<\/p>\n

\u200bTo sum up, we should be aware of what is happening all around the world since some people do not believe on these physical consequences but this is the reality and the most terrible part of it is that the governments are indifferent and therefore they are behaving badly towards the population because they are selfish and corrupt. However, in order to avoid being ignorant of these situations we must read newspapers<\/strong>\u00a0such as the Daily Times in the USA or the Guardian in order to get informed and updated on what happens all over the world and intervene actively.<\/p>\n
